To make the AsharWare convection ovens work the best for everyone, we include the following accessories.

Extender ring:

Ideal to extend the space of the oven if larger meals are being cooked, eg. turkey, roast, etc.

Pizza dish:

Ideal for making the best pastry like pizza, pita bread, etc. Also great for making chips (just rub them in oil). The holes in the pizza dish allow air to circulate through the pastry, etc.

Drip tray:

To trap all the juices that needs to be saved for gravy, stock, etc. Helps to keep the glass bowl clean. Ideal for baking and cooking (TIP: use Spray & Cook)

Lower chrome steel rack:

For placing the food for cooking.

Elevated steel rack:

For placing an additional layer of food for cooking.

Tongs:

For removing hot food or containers from the convection oven.

Lid stand:

For keeping the lid upright and secure after removal from the glass bowl.
